Refund Policy

At MiroShine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with an item, our Refund Policy provides guidelines to make returns and refunds as smooth as possible.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • The item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Certain items, such as final sale items, customized orders, and gift cards, are non-refundable.

Important Notice: We only refund orders that arrive broken, damaged or malfunctioning. We do not accept refunds for "by mistake placed orders". In this case, you will need to wait until you receive your package and then initiate a refund. All sales are final once an order is placed. We are unable to accommodate cancellations due to a change of mind or accidental orders. If you have received your order and there is an issue, or you don't like the product(s), please contact our support team and we will be happy to make it right.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@miroshine.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please use the return shipping label provided or arrange your own.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7] business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange an exchange. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns. Exchanges depend on item availability and may involve additional shipping times.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@miroshine.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for defective items.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
